Shrimp & Avocado Done My Way

Today I'm just sharing this amazing recipe I created by accident I started with someone elses recipe and had to change some of the ingredients, because of the little one and other's, because I actually have taste buds so in the end it was something all mine I even kept it mostly healthy small changes can be made to fix that though. The baby loved it!! We even went and did some active park stuff outside of running around the house so this was the perfect compliment!!

Avocado (whatever kind you like) Halved no seed room temp.
Shrimp  whole
roma Tomatoes  chopped
purple Onion     chopped
Sweet Peas  whole
Green Olives  whole sliced if you perfer
Dill chopped
Sea Salt
Rice Vinegar
Goyas Sazonador Total(the perfect seasoning)
Sazon Goyas con culantro y achiote(1/2 packet)
light Olive Oil
Cheese is optional

use as much or as little as you like of the veggie and shrimp adjust seasoning accordingly but the order in which it is cooked matters

For Sauce:::

6tbs Mayo (a lighter healither mayo will work fine}
2tbs dill
sazon goya  con culantro y achiote (1/2 packet}

In sprayed with olive oil skillet combine tomatoes, onion , dill  add sea salt,and  the perfect seasoning cover and cook for 3 min add just a dab or rice vinegar and cook until just not done then add shrimp and  sazon goya con culanro y achiote cook until shrimp are just not done add sweet peas cook unil shrimp are done turn on heat stirring occasionally throughout the cooking process leave covered

prepare the sauce by combining the 3 ingredients 

assembling 

scoop mixture of veggies and shirmp into avocado cut piece off bottom so its steady add green olive and top with sauce
