Progress Pictures and another recipe

Hey All it been awhile Last month was hectic though rewarding I found and tweaked a new recipe and finally did some updated progress pictures. There is not much to say so I'll get to the point.

 Another Avocado Recipe it is but this time you slice the Veggie and mix it all together 2tbls of mayo, a dash of rice vinegar,  dill, red onion, and green if you like, tomatoes roma, and shrimp cooked to you liking i used reduced sodium soy sauce, rice vinegar, cooked it with the tomatoes and onion or go raw with the veggies if you like slice the veggie mix it all up and top with some sazon it strickly for the coloring its herbal seasoning ...and that's it very simple.....I'll correct misspelled words etc later.

I've been snacking on Mango and other fruit during the day while drinking plenty of water


An average day includes greens of some sort i love anything orange it does wonders for the eyes and skin and a protein. I usually stay away from pork, and beef and any game unless i'm experimenting with new game. ex bison

I'm still just being more active walking and running in the yard with the baby more then I doing but i'm trying to be smart and not passout trying to be super woman i'm working my way back to super woman status.  My undies went down 3 sizes so PROGRESS is being made.
