Progress Pictures and another recipe

Hey All it been awhile Last month was hectic though rewarding I found and tweaked a new recipe and finally did some updated progress pictures. There is not much to say so I'll get to the point.

 Another Avocado Recipe it is but this time you slice the Veggie and mix it all together 2tbls of mayo, a dash of rice vinegar,  dill, red onion, and green if you like, tomatoes roma, and shrimp cooked to you liking i used reduced sodium soy sauce, rice vinegar, cooked it with the tomatoes and onion or go raw with the veggies if you like slice the veggie mix it all up and top with some sazon it strickly for the coloring its herbal seasoning ...and that's it very simple.....I'll correct misspelled words etc later.

I've been snacking on Mango and other fruit during the day while drinking plenty of water


An average day includes greens of some sort i love anything orange it does wonders for the eyes and skin and a protein. I usually stay away from pork, and beef and any game unless i'm experimenting with new game. ex bison

I'm still just being more active walking and running in the yard with the baby more then I doing but i'm trying to be smart and not passout trying to be super woman i'm working my way back to super woman status.  My undies went down 3 sizes so PROGRESS is being made.

Shrimp & Avocado Done My Way

Today I'm just sharing this amazing recipe I created by accident I started with someone elses recipe and had to change some of the ingredients, because of the little one and other's, because I actually have taste buds so in the end it was something all mine I even kept it mostly healthy small changes can be made to fix that though. The baby loved it!! We even went and did some active park stuff outside of running around the house so this was the perfect compliment!!

Avocado (whatever kind you like) Halved no seed room temp.
Shrimp  whole
roma Tomatoes  chopped
purple Onion     chopped
Sweet Peas  whole
Green Olives  whole sliced if you perfer
Dill chopped
Sea Salt
Rice Vinegar
Goyas Sazonador Total(the perfect seasoning)
Sazon Goyas con culantro y achiote(1/2 packet)
light Olive Oil
Cheese is optional

use as much or as little as you like of the veggie and shrimp adjust seasoning accordingly but the order in which it is cooked matters

For Sauce:::

6tbs Mayo (a lighter healither mayo will work fine}
2tbs dill
sazon goya  con culantro y achiote (1/2 packet}

In sprayed with olive oil skillet combine tomatoes, onion , dill  add sea salt,and  the perfect seasoning cover and cook for 3 min add just a dab or rice vinegar and cook until just not done then add shrimp and  sazon goya con culanro y achiote cook until shrimp are just not done add sweet peas cook unil shrimp are done turn on heat stirring occasionally throughout the cooking process leave covered

prepare the sauce by combining the 3 ingredients 

assembling 

scoop mixture of veggies and shirmp into avocado cut piece off bottom so its steady add green olive and top with sauce

9/12/2016 Caribbean Jamaican Jerk Salmon Tacos

So yesterday was cruel, cruel I won't tell yall how I almost ruined my perfect eating  day with ice cream but I didn't and eating all this organic vegan gluten free etc....is paying off. You all know my gut is a dead give -a -way no pictures yet though, its not dramatic enough plus Im sure Im still a size 22 oh well, Like I told my friend and favorite photographer In gonna work my phat assets until I get to where I wanna be.

Here goes because, I know you all are not here for that the recipe here goes

-Caribbean Jamaican Jerk Salmon Taco

Salmon cubed
Bell Pepper all 3 colors
Onion yellow and red
Roma 🍅
Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
Spray olive oil

-Now if you want my extra
Less sodium soy sauce
Goya Fajita Seasoning (go easy it has salt I use this the least hardly ever)
Goya Sazonador Total
***If you use regular soy sauce don't use the Fajita seasoning***

*Add as much or little of everything as you like be generous with the tomatoes you will thank me later

Top with diced onion cilantro and lime and salsa not that chuck stuff you just thought of Ill see if we have some and add a pic later side with Avocado (make guacamole if you dont like it plain) corn tortillas and dont go tortilla crazy be reasonable and beans if you like My avocado was bad I was a bit upset so I hit it with the heat anyways it helps the metabolism. Shopping Day

Hey doll ands gems I know I owe you an entire week of posts food routine etc....ha ha ha well lets just say it may happen in one post.  Pictures wouldn't send I was at my moms (bugging out) but I didn't stray to far but guys stress eating is real but another week and another shopping trip.
I like experimenting I got curry shrimp  patties breakfast burritos Salmon taco mix salon burger patty yall I even had lamb before it was over with...and dont fuss I have some chicken. I love going in whole foods.
You notice I have a few thing that are on my no no list ,but that because I ran into a problem I that i was not counting on.  I'm still nursing and increasing my veggies while decreasing my meats didn't help I almost freaked ...maybe I should try more oats, because I really was good until I realized mommies baby was not getting much her biting me was a pretty good indicator. Increasing the meats helped.

Shopping Trips

I went on a couple of shopping trips baby and mom in hand on one, and just baby in hand on the other I bout enough for the week got some new things which reminds me I need to check to see if
Veal is considered a red meat. Trips are okay I like whole foods and Walmart serves it's purpose especially since they have been adding organic and hormone free foods, but baby Yasmin on a shopping trip that should take 30 mins or an hour...it's laughable really because that's not going to happen.  We have to talke to 30 out of the 50 people in the store when in turn makes me forget things like my lemons and green tea (the real stuff that I have to brew). I can not say shopping isn't an adventure that's for sure!

   LAUGHING MOMENT: Oh I forgot to tell you that though my husband is very supportive I have to make him stop trying to feed me, talk about temptation he likes my "big as*", and don't want me to shrink to much of course I'm like, " I love you papi, but umm okay lol" we have fun and support is all I ask for, and he completely makes the effort!

Your Skin



Before we get to deep and I forget I must tell you all find you a skincare line that likes your skin point blank it is already  necessary but when you are working out and doing any extra it is completely necessary. We don't need clogged pores now do we I personally reccomend Keihls I love them you gems and gents. The formulas are gentle, but strong and if you skin loves it you will thank me . If your skin does not love it oh well there is a 28 day love it guarantee so NO MONEY LOST!! They have products for men and women and you can cross over to the other side and feel no guilt because the product works!! I worked as the counter manager so my opinion may be biased ,but it do not change the fact that this is an awesome company whose products actually work!! There are other brands and I'll do a quick post later outlining some other line I like but for now I'll just say keihls!
