So yesterday was cruel, cruel I won't tell yall how I almost ruined my perfect eating day with ice cream but I didn't and eating all this organic vegan gluten free etc....is paying off. You all know my gut is a dead give -a -way no pictures yet though, its not dramatic enough plus Im sure Im still a size 22 oh well, Like I told my friend and favorite photographer In gonna work my phat assets until I get to where I wanna be.
Here goes because, I know you all are not here for that the recipe here goes
-Caribbean Jamaican Jerk Salmon Taco
Salmon cubed
Bell Pepper all 3 colors
Onion yellow and red
Roma 🍅
Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
Spray olive oil
-Now if you want my extra
Less sodium soy sauce
Goya Fajita Seasoning (go easy it has salt I use this the least hardly ever)
Goya Sazonador Total
***If you use regular soy sauce don't use the Fajita seasoning***
*Add as much or little of everything as you like be generous with the tomatoes you will thank me later
Top with diced onion cilantro and lime and salsa not that chuck stuff you just thought of Ill see if we have some and add a pic later side with Avocado (make guacamole if you dont like it plain) corn tortillas and dont go tortilla crazy be reasonable and beans if you like My avocado was bad I was a bit upset so I hit it with the heat anyways it helps the metabolism.
